The Marymount Ball Auction bidding system collects the following information when you place a bid: your name, mobile number, bid amount, and optionally your email address and table number.
This information is used solely to process your bid, send you WhatsApp confirmation and outbid notifications (with your consent), and to contact the winning bidder for payment and collection after the auction.
Your information is not sold or shared with third parties, and is not used for marketing purposes.
WhatsApp messages are sent via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta's own privacy policy governs how message delivery data is handled on their side.
